Fun Facts about our unique ice cream
Started in Thailand
Rolled Ice cream, also known as “stir-fried ice cream,” originated in Thailand around 2009 and quickly became a global sensation.
Made Right Before Your Eyes
Unlike traditional ice cream, which is pre-scooped, rolled ice cream is made fresh on a freezing pan at about -23 degrees F.
Any Flavor You Want
You can mix in almost anything – cookies, candy, fruit, or even cereal- before it’s rolled, making each serving customizable.
It Can Be Healthier
Since it’s made fresh with just a few ingredients, and we do not add preservatives, stabilizers, additives, or sugar to our product, it is not like store- bought ice cream.
No Air, Just Cream
Traditional Ice Cream has air whipped into it, making it lighter. Rolled ice cream is denser because it’s made by spreading the mixture flat and freezing it quickly, giving it a richer texture.
The Science Behind the Rolls
The quick-freezing process creates a smoother texture compared to traditional ice cream.
It Melts More Slowly
Because it’s packed tightly in rolls, it tends to melt slower than traditional scooped ice cream.
It’s a Social Media Favorite
The process of making rolled ice cream is mesmerizing to watch, making it one of the most popular ice cream trends on Instagram and TikTok.
